Olen nähnyt monen operaattorin tulevan ja menevän vuosien varrella. Useimmat mainostavat näitä etuja massiivisina voittoina, mutta totuus on usein maltillisempi. Miksi operaattorit tarjoavat näitä?

Kierrätysvapaat kierrokset nostavat operaattorin liikevaihtoa noin kahdella prosentilla. Se kuulostaa pieneltä, mutta volyymipelissä se on valtava summa. Pelaajat arvostavat läpinäkyvyyttä. Kun tarjoat selkeitä ehtoja, sitoutuminen kasvaa. Ihmiset vihaavat monimutkaisia bonuskierrätyksiä. Minäkin vihaan niitä. On helpompaa ottaa 20 kierrosta ja tietää, että voitto on puhdasta käteistä.

Muista kuitenkin, että kasino on aina voitolla pitkässä juoksussa. 12 kierrosta vuodessa per pelaaja on keskiarvo, jolla pidetään asiakasaktiivisuus yllä.
